 I think Goku. Goku was targeted first, and I think that was for a reason. I also feel Jiren was more suppressed vs Hit

 Hit can beat Goku with that time stop thing, other than that he's definitely outclassed power wise.

 Watched the fight again, still say Hit honestly, both honestly got stomped, Hit with his time cage wins, can just cage him in time and then ignore durability Ki blast to finish the job

 I still dont think Hit is much if at all stronger then normal blue goku. I mean at first jiren had more trouble with the time skip then dyspo. So i do believe hit only lasted as long as he did because of his abilities. But i also believe Hit would win this fight because of his new ability which is insanely OP imo lol. Also good to note that god and blue goku did just as well as hit against dyspo.

 To everyone claiming Hit made Jiren block and that he did better than Goku. Stop it lol. Hit got his a*** dominated and even exclaimed at the heavy attacks Goku withstood from regular and amped Blue. Goku as Blue forced Jiren to block too, and Hit only did as well as he did due to his resilience and Timecage's ability. In a straight up fight with Hit's Timeskip, he got owned hard. Goku wins with high difficulty nonetheless. Hit is relative for being able to endure those same attacks from Jiren but that's it.

The funny thing is it's not that hit can't fight head up. He just knows the results if does he watched jiren fight goku so he simply went in with a plan. The difference between they fight is goku was fighting to see were it goes. Hit went in with a plan to trap jiren. Also hit block one of jiren punches with just one arm.
